FBA Lunch Member meeting, Hickory Nut Gap Farm

Fairview Business Association will meet for lunch on Wednesday, March 7th at 11:30-1:00 at Hickory Nut Gap Farm in Fairview

A lot has changed since the FBA visited 2 years ago. HNGF was on the cusp of producing their own house smoked bacon and house made sausage. They were just starting the kitchen for serving meals, take-out catering and their summer barn dance every Friday evening in the summers and fall was just an idea.  They’ve expanded their store and butchery hours to 7 days/week. They also want to tell us about their Easter Hams that are pasture raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. Members Jamie and Amy Ager or Store Manager Cate Bradley have much to share.

We’ll start in the History Barn for an introduction and meeting (if warm enough) then migrate to the inside store/kitchen area for lunch.

We’ll get a chance to sample the tasty accouterments with an FBA provided meal of their sandwiches at Hickory Nut Gap Farm’s Deli & Bakery. If you want to buy a drink to go with it, that will be up to you.
